All items are made to order and have a 2-3 week production time as indicated on each product page.  Shipping options are shown at check out and reflect shipping times after production is complete.  All orders with preorder styles will ship together.

EXCHANGES / RETURN POLICY

All items are made to order and available for EXCHANGE ONLY - NO RETURNS -within 14 days of receipt. 

To start the exchange process, please email info@myrrheonline.com to receive an approved Return Authorization number.  All exchanges must have a pre-approved Return Authorization number. Items must be sent back in original condition with all tags attached.  

Shipping is nonrefundable, and return shipping/exchange fee of $19.90 will be paid by customer.
